Liability Waiver

I understand that Cycle Co. Spin Studio classes are physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. When participating in a class, I agree that I am physically fit and health to do so. I agree that Cycle Co. Spin Studio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Cycle Co. Spin Studio, its staff or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Class Cancelation Policy

Class bookings can be cancelled up to 8hrs of the class start time. Any cancellation after this time will be charged for the class. If you are a member or have a Class Passes, you will forfeit the class. If you are on an unlimited membership, you will be charged a late-cancel or no-show fee of $10. This will automatically be applied to your account.

Cancellation are to be made via the Cycle Co. Spins Studio App.

Purchasing Policy

All Memberships, Class Passes and the Intro Offer are activated on the date of sale. Class Passes and the Intro Offer are billed at the time of purchase while memberships are billed fortnightly by direct debit. Memberships may be cancelled at anytime after the first 2 week billing cycle. All ongoing memberships are non refundable and non transferrable. All ongoing memberships will auto renew unless cancelled. 

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods, Class Passes or Gift Cards.

The below expiry periods apply:

• Casual Pass = 3 Months after the sale date 
• 5 Class Pass = 6 months after the sale date. 
• 10 Class Pass = 12 months after the sale date. 
• Introductory Offer = 14 Days after the sale date. 

Please note; shorter expiration periods may apply to promotions. 

Cycle Co. Spin Studio has the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate passes or memberships and refuse entry at any time in the instance of any breach to its terms and conditions.

Members are able to suspend their ongoing membership for a 2 week period, for a maximum of 4 weeks every 12 months. Requests must be made in writing.
